convertBase64ToMwFile(data: string, name: string, type: string): MwFile
Experimental
Creates a MwFile object from base64-encoded data.
Parameters
- data: string
  The base64-encoded data for the file.
- name: string
  The name of the file.
- type: string
  The MIME type of the file.
Returns MwFile
A MwFile object that contains the file data and metadata.
