Function freezeRows

freezeRows(worksheet: Worksheet, count?: number): void
Freezes the top N rows.
Parameters
- worksheet: Worksheet
  The ExcelJS worksheet.
- count: number = 1
  The number of rows to freeze from the top (default: 1).
Returns void
Example
```
freezeRows(worksheet); // Freezes the first row
freezeRows(worksheet, 3); // Freezes the first three rows
```
