deleteColumn(worksheet: Worksheet, index: number): void
Deletes a column at the specified index.
Parameters
- worksheet: Worksheet
  The ExcelJS worksheet.
- index: number
  The 1-based column index to delete.
Returns void
Example

deleteColumn(worksheet, 3); // Deletes the third column
```
